Once again a nice prompted question that makes my brain think – about something dangerous, but the more thinking about something to worry about, the more anxious I get in my body. So referring to the blogpost from yesterday about the best teaching – then another best teaching was to look at the worries I can do something about. And it has to be short time worry, because then I can plan to do something about it immediately. And from that teaching I have lived a really spartan life due to autoimmune diseases, chronic pain and unresolved ACE’s. So right now my biggest worry is where to put a matras that is taking up space in my room. I also worry about the people I have come to learn via so me who lives in incomprehensible and unacceptable circumstances. I can’t do a lot about my worry, but I am doing something, I do what I can with what I got from where I am, and you can see the result here on my page and shop. The matras I am gonna ask for help for tomorrow, and the project Lucky Bags and Boxes for good, I take one step or two a day, and soon I have something else to worry about and work on.
